I suppose it'd rock back and forth easily. Maybe a bit smelly though (the tire, that is).

You don't spray aerosol "new car smell" every time you enter a car, do you?
Manufacturing leftovers aren't for humans, they are for manufacturing. That rubber tire smell (in new tires) is really strong. But, kids are flexible/adaptable, so momentary internet photos - aok in my book.
